Hello, I am currently looking for a new housemate because after two and half years my current one will be going travelling. The flat is a short walk from the Jewellery Quarter, Barclaycard Arena and Brindley Place, Broad Street and New Street Station.
There are two double rooms in the flat with the master bedroom having its own en suite and second bedroom having sole access to the main high spec bathroom.
The flat benefits from a balcony, allocated parking, in built appliances such as oven/stove and washer/dryer.
A bit about me: I am 33 and I am fairly chilled and laidback. Happy to go out for a few quiet drinks or the big nights out. I keep it low key during the week as work the typical 9-5 job.
