The house sits on the border between two areas. Bournville is a beautiful area with the famous Cadbury chocolate factory (you can sometimes smell it from the house) and Cadbury village. Stirchley is a an up and coming area with pop up cafes, bars and two breweries. There is a large Morrisons, Aldi and farmfoods in walking distance & an iconic pub, the British Oak. There are lots of curry houses, a great fish and chip shop, artisan bakery, a library and community centre (with yoga, cinema screenings etc..) all a couple of minutes walk away
