About the room...
- Bill are shared by 4 tenants and last year worked out to £63 per person per month when split by 4 people
- Fully furnished with bed frame, mattress, desk and built-in wardrobe
- The single is upstairs and is the box room of the house. There 2 double bedroom. 1 double is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
- There is double glazing in the communal areas but not in the box bedroom which is single glaze. There is central heating in the box room.

- The house has front and rear gardens; there is an alleyway to store bikes and enter the rear garden quickly.
