One Double Room Available Canley For Students

One room with double bed is available in a 4-bed house for next academic year. I'm posting on behalf of a female undergrad who is staying in one of the rooms next year. It is in a great location being < 5mins walk from Aldi and Cannon Park/Tesco and approx 10 mins walk to Central University Campus. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen, two fridges, a freezer and many cupboards, along with a washing machine and dryer. There is a single bathroom upstairs with a shower, and a shared living room downstairs with TV; also there is a back garden (landlady's responsibility to look after it).

The rent is £319 per calendar month. We have utility bills of £34.50 per calendar month including gas, electric and Virgin Fibre; with two bills for water a year adding up to £90. The Landlady has been very accommodating for us with any issues we've had. A guarantor is required to sign the contract.
