Hi, I have a spacious house with 3 beautiful comfortable rooms which are furnished.
Two double bedrooms and one single room.
Bill's which are covered in the rent are council tax, Internet, water , Electricity.
You only need to pay gas as per your usage sharing with others.
There are two toilets one with bath and all rooms have king size wooden beds and new memory foam mattresses, have front and rear garden. it's corner house and lovely neighbourhood quite and peaceful with lot greenery around . local grocery shop is in same street. Tesco , Morrison, Banks , Gp , dentist, Post Office and other amenities 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away.
Park nearby the house and bus stop a minute away .two minutes motorway and 15 to 20 minutes to Birmingham bull ring.
15 minutes to Birmingham Airport.
I'm looking for females preferably . .don't mind student and professionals .
The two females living in the house are very private and professionals, one is always away from home the other also mostly at work. Never had a concern about them.
No smoking inside the house please, and try and respect each other privacy and boundaries.
