The area is a quiet, family-orientated one and there are good transport links with Canley and Coventry rail stations close by. Close also to very regular bus routes to both Universities (Warwick and Coventry) and Coventry, Birmingham and Birmingham Airport. City centre and Earlsdon are within walking distance.

Spacious communal areas including kitchen, dining area and lounge and large garden. Gas central heating and an electric cooker/hob. Lots of storage.

Room contains a double bed, additional furniture can potentially be negotiated. Bills are divided between housemates via an App.
No dogs. No smoking in the house. Parking is on the street and front garden driveway.
