We have a room available in a lovely, well maintained terraced house in Chapelfields. The house has three double bedrooms, a spare room, shared living room, open-plan kitchen and one bathroom.

The available room is very spacious and very bright. It is ideal for students or professions working from home. The furniture pictured belongs to the current tenant but there will be a bed provided and a wardrobe for the new tenant. The fireplace makes the room feel very cosy, especially during the long winter nights.

There is ample space next to the kitchen area to store bikes or to hang washing in the winter. The property has well maintained front and back gardens and a brick shed which is attached to the house.

The house has gas central heating and an electric cooker.

The area is very quiet - Oldfield road consists mostly of families. There is a corner shop across the road from the house And there are supermarkets, a retail park and pubs nearby. Canley railway station is about a mile away and Coventry station is about 1.5 miles away.

Both universities are within walking distance (Coventry around 25 minutes to walk, Warwick around 45 minutes to walk) but there are also buses that run frequently to both universities. Town is about 1.5 miles away and is easily accessible by foot or transport.
