It’s approximately a 6 minute walk to Kings Norton train station and then a 15 minute train journey into Birmingham New Street. The rent will be £520 a month plus £99.94 for the bills package. So in total it’ll be £619.94 a month. The rooms are attached below and you’ll have your own bathroom, which is also attached below. One is en suite and one is the main bathroom, which only you will use. We’re in a town so there’s a supermarket in walking distance. We have driveway as well if you drive and want to bring your car.
