Flatmate wanted for our nice house in Coventry

Housemate wanted for our nice house in Earlsdon, 10 minutes walking to city centre!! Also, conveniently located for both Coventry uni (15 mins walking distance) and Warwick uni (5 min walk to the 11 bus - 10 minutes bus ride to Warwick uni from there, or 15 minutes bike ride).

Rooms are upstairs with communal space downstairs. The kitchen is big and there is a nice dining room and lounge. Rent is 395 per month, including all bills (gas, electricity, WI-FI). If you are a student, you will benefit from council tax exemption. If you are a professional, you will benefit from 25% discount on council tax (the house is Band B).
To recap: if you are a student, you will pay just £395, if you are a professional it will be £395 + council tax.

The room is pretty big, it has 2 windows and A LOT of packing space. The landlady is really nice, and we are pretty chilled and fairly tidy. Oh and by the way, the bathroom is being renovated shortly! So, new pictures will be added!

The lucky person gets to share with a Philosophy PhD and a Chemistry PhD. Minimum stay is 2 months from July 15th, or a 12 month contract.

Unfortunately, I am leaving due to a significant change of circumstances.
