The Room: Double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers
All bills included (i. e. gas, electric, water, Virgin Media Wi-Fi, TV license)
Shared areas: You will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. A lounge with access to TV and Netflix. Downstairs toilet. Garden and Patii area outside (will be great for BBQ's in the summer).
Amenities include dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine.
Location: 10 min walk to Lancaster library/Cov Uni campus.
