THE HOUSE

A 6 bedroom all en-suite property with a communal living room and a very large kitchen.

The communal room has 2 large grey cozy sofas with a coffee table and a rug in the middle of the room. A large wall mounted 42 inch plasma tv with integrated freeview, a perfect area for times when socialising or watching a movie with friends or other house mates.

The kitchen has a modern design with glossy grey kitchen units, there are plenty of storage units available along with 2 sinks, 2 cookers, 2 ovens and 2 large fridge freezers - in essence making it 2 kitchens in one large room.

THE AREA

Located on Kingsway, the property is located just off Walgrave road - a busy road with plenty of shops. There are high street banks a few minutes walk away along with a Tesco and a variety of restaurants and fast food shops. A 10-12 minutes walk will find you in Coventry city centre and the Coventry University. The opposite direction on Kingsway will lead you to Binley road where a few minutes walk will find you a local Lidl, Icelands and a few other shops. A 10-12 minutes bike ride will lead you toward the Warwickshire business park where a number of large firms and offices are located.
