The property is located in CV3 off Binley Road a short distance to Coventry University and Coventry City Centre. You can choose to walk or cycle there via the newly built Cycle Highway. The property is also conveniently located to bus stops a short walk away, in addition there is a parade of shops; Lidl and Iceland food stores and fast-food takeaways.

The property would suit a full-time mature student or professional. The rent includes all bills and shared use dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
