You just have to share the flat with a first-year PhD girl who is quiet and always keeps the flat tidy.


The flat contained a washing machine with a dryer, a microwave, and an oven. The refrigerator is large enough for two renters, and you can cook in the kitchen with a gas stove. There are three rooms in the flat; the smallest one can be used for something else after discussion with the flatmate and landlady. You can place your luggage there.


The room is about 14 m2 large and contains a bed with a mattress, a shelf of high capacity, a desk and a chair, two windows from different sides, and a big closet. There is a small storeroom for each tenant in the flat and a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The landlady can lend you bedding (a quilt and pillow) if you don't have any now.


It takes no more than 10 minutes to walk from this flat to the Westwood campus and Tesco and Aldi nearby.

This room is available from June 13th, and I prefer a tenant to rent until September 19th (14 weeks). You can discuss with the landlady renting longer after the contract ends if you want. The rent is £110 per week, and you should pay a £300 deposit when you sign the contract with the landlady (£1540 rent and £300 deposit in total). Heating and utility bills are not included. You should discuss with the landlady the council tax if you need to pay for it.
