• Location: This spacious house is located in CV3 Finham, Semi-Detached, featuring a layout of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 1.5 bathrooms, with only two occupants.

• A large double-sized room is available for £155 per week for single occupancy.

• A single room is available for £130 per week, also for single occupancy.

The house is exceptionally cozy, with generously sized communal areas, situated in a quiet and secure neighborhood with CCTV surveillance at the entrance. It has modern kitchen facilities, bathrooms, and furnishings throughout.

There are 2 lettable rooms, a shower room on the 1st floor, and a separate downstairs toilet. Typically, two rooms share the upstairs shower. Downstairs, there are two living rooms (no occupants), and a well-equipped shared kitchen featuring a washing machine, double oven, 1 large fridge, and a breakfast table area. A spacious garden with a garage at the end provides storage for bikes, etc., and there is driveway parking space at the front of the house.

• Transportation:

A 1-minute walk to K&P Local Shop convenience store makes daily necessities easily accessible. A 10-minute bike ride (or 5-minute drive, or a direct bus ride on route 12) to Warwick University, where you can find Cannon Park Shopping Centre with Iceland/Tesco/Chinese Supermarket/Korean Supermarket. An 8-minute drive takes you directly to Coventry city center, or you can walk just 1 minute to catch route 9, which goes directly to the city center.

Bills (gas, electricity, water) are not included. We are seeking a mix of professional males and females. This is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed.
