1. Location: Charter Avenue, Coventry, CV4 8DZ.
2. Rent: All bills included.
3. Term: June 24, 2024 to September 12, 2024 (11 weeks)
4. This room (11 sqm) on the ground floor faces south with a shared bathroom on the 1st floor (with another boy, so this room is only for a boy).
5. Facilities in the room: 1.5m bed, wardrobe, cabinet, table, fan, etc.
6. Facilities in the house: five rooms, wash machine, dryer, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.
7. It is close to 18 bus stop. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to Warwick WMG or WBS or 6 minutes by bike.
8. Roommates: one boy and three girls.
