Room May-September in green, quiet, working house

I have a room become available in my green, quiet, working house, which is close to Ball Hill, Fargo Village, a host of multi cultural eateries, the university, town, and Sainsburys. There is on-street parking.

There is a shared living/eating space
The kitchen has all basic amenities and you are free to use crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
There is a pleasant established garden with seating area

There is high speed Virgin internet

"Green" means recycling is the norm, and heating that in in communication with a thermostat set to come on at the coldest and darkest times of the day

This room would suit someone who needs it up until mid September (15.09). The reason for the time frame is that the rest of the year, I rent it to a Coventry University professor, who goes home to Newcastle in the long holiday. This has been the system for about five years.

There is a third room, in which I come to stay from time to time; this would be unlikely to happen until the end of your stay

-The other lodger sometimes does night shift so M-F you would need to be sensitive to this i. e. it would not suit someone working loudly from home

-I will be in Coventry from the week you could move in (week beginning April 27th), to meet you, to give key in return for first month's rent.
