Looking for a replacement tenant for my studio at Code Fairfax Street, Coventry, from mid/end of May 2026 (flexible date) until 14th of August.
Weekly rent is £180.17 (£720.68/month) and energy bill £30-£40/month depending on usage.
Any replacement needs to hold student status and would be subject to landlord approval and a new tenancy agreement with Code.
