The room is a modern premium ensuite in purpose-built student accommodation with a private bathroom and shared kitchen/living area. The building is close to the city centre and only a short walk from Coventry University.
Rent: £99 per week
Contract: 7 September 2026 – 29 August 2027 (51 weeks)
Student accommodation – replacement student required
Bills are typically included (water, electricity, heating and internet depending on building package). Laundry facilities and common areas are available in the building.
I am looking for a student to take over the full tenancy. The transfer will be arranged and approved by the accommodation provider.
