We are a fun loving and friendly family who like to be chilled and relaxed at home. My two sons are 22 and 24 and live in the house with me having finished their University degrees. They are generally either at work, on the Playstation, watching TV or cooking up a mess in the kitchen! I work full time as a secondary school teacher. It is important for us to have someone share our home who we can get along with. Equally, privacy is respected. The room offers privacy away from the family.

The house is situated within 5 mins walk of Prologis Park, 10 minute walk from the Ricoh Arena and close to various bus routes including the town centre. Also easy access to M6, M1, M69. Birmingham, Rugby. Leicester. Nuneaton. It is available for short or long term rent.
