Double room - conveniently located - spacious

Hi, we are looking for a new housemate to join our house share where there are two professionals, both female.

You will be sharing the house with Jenny and Keyleigh who are both lovely and sociable.

THE HOUSE: The property is a 4 double bedroom house. You will have access to a downstairs WC, shared kitchen/lounge leading on to a lovely garden where you can enjoy the odd barbecue.

The room that is available is on the top floor and you will share the main bathroom with Keyleigh.

It has all the normal mod cons such as dishwasher, tumble dryer and Sky with movies. There are tv points in the rooms ready for freeview / freesat. All utility bills are included plus wireless broadband and a fortnightly cleaner.

THE ROOM: The room is fully furnished with a double bed which has 4 drawers, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bed side table and desk and chair. It also has blackout curtains.

THE AREA: The house is within a short commutable distance from employers such as:
- Binley Business Park (1. 4 miles / 6 mins drive)
- Jaguar Land Rover (2. 4 miles / 7 mins drive)
- University Hospital (2. 5 miles / 9 mins drive)
- Coventry Airport (3. 9 miles / 12 mins drive).

There are local shops and good amenities (ASDA, Morrisons and Tesco) and excellent public transport facilities to get around Coventry with nearby motorway networks such as the A45, A46, M6, M69, M1 and also the M40. The railway station is 2. 6 miles / 8 mins drive from the house and a train to Birmingham is about 30 mins and to London just over an hour.
