Furnished double room in a house.

The room is currently available for short stays weekly or monthly, or longer term rental.

It is a clean, modern house in a quiet location of Coventry. Great road links and easy access to JLR, Coventry University Hospital, and City Centre.

Sharing the house with (myself)an easy going and adventurous person. I work mainly daytime, and spend some evenings out and about at the gym and with friends, but also like TV nights in.

I am currently travelling a lot and only in 3/4 nights per week, so therefore you would pretty much have a whole house over time .

My 'spareroom' is furnished with double bed, fitted large wardrobe, and drawers. It is a bright airy room.

The house has a fitted bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fitted with all usual appliances.
I have Sky tv and broadband available with a standard aerial socket for the bedroom.

There is adequate parking at the rear of the property.

I have been renting my spare room for about 10 years now. My last shares have been with professionals from JLR ,& coventry Hospital.
I also accommodate Dr’s short term who are training on Attachments

Excellent greens space on your doorstep.

NB. I am mainly looking for a permanent Mon - Fri rentals
Although.. rental is flexible and depends upon term, length of predicted stay and the right person.
May consider full time for the right person.

I also have a dog who mainly lives with me. However for short term it is possible for her to stay elsewhere if there is an issue .
