There are currently 4 female students in the house (studying at Cov uni), I will be moving out in May so will need someone to take my room at any point in June 2019.
It is a fully furnished double room & house, including Washing machine & Dryer, parking outside, garden, and is a 25 min walk from Uni.
The contract lasts 12 months. This month (June) rent will only be £150 without bill charges, and for July and August, you're only required to pay half rent (£150) if your room is not occupied.
After September, the bills are not included in the rent. Gas, electricity, broadband and water will come up to about £28.72/month All together.
If you are not a student you may have to pay council tax.
