Room to rent in Coventry, close to Warwick Uni/JLR

Hi!

I have a room available for rent in my house. On street parking is available (although not directly outside, but within 20 meters or so), with local shops, pubs, restaurants near by. I am situated on the outskirts of Coventry, close to Stoneleigh and Kenilworth.

I am located within walking or cycling distance to JLR (Jaguar Landrover), close to bus stops and a 45-60 minute walk to the nearest train station and town centre. Ideal for Warwick University students, nurses, professionals etc. I am close to the HS2 site in South Warwickshire.

My house is a small two bed terraced house. The room I'm renting shares a bathroom with myself. I have a 12 month old black Labrador who loves all humans! My dog is crate trained, but often sleeps downstairs.

I am looking for someone who is clean, hygenic, tidy, and respectable.

I'm a sociable guy, who enjoys cooking, socialising, and playing sports. I work various hours, so some evenings during the week I am not around. I tend to work from home around 3 days a week, and occasional night shifts. I have a log cabin at the bottom of the garden equipped with a desk, heating and WiFi connectivity which can be used if necessary by the flatmate.
