We have a very large, light fully furnished double room. It has Fast Fiber Wireless broadband, The bath/ shower room has heated towel rail, shaver point and fitted mirror and storage units. The kitchen has a very large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fitted fan assisted oven, gas built-in hob and extractor fan, and fully equipped with everything.
Secure off-road designated parking space, in an enclosed private area.
All the house is fully central heated and double glazed.
It's a lovely place to live, quiet and friendly. Cradley heath and Old Hill railway station are within walking distance, the main bus route is just around the corner and we are close to the motorway access, Haden hill park/ leisure center, Merry Hill Shopping Center and a 24hr Tesco extra.
We are live in, welcoming, friendly couple, fair, considerate and respect privacy, very clean and tidy. We enjoy Gardening, films, and cooking.
