We are a live-in family (2 adults and an older child). We have a large double-size en-suite bedroom with off-street parking in a family house, with the room available immediately. The room is private and on its own floor. It is lovely, private and quiet.

The room is very spacious with a double bed, built in wardrobes, black out blinds, chest of drawers and a tv.
Tea & Coffee making facilities are available in the room.

The room also benefits from off road parking immediately outside the house. The house has two reception rooms, a large eat in kitchen, utility room and garden.

It benefits from broadband. The rent is inclusive of all bills, except for any landline calls.

The house is located in the beautiful village of Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield. 5 minute drive from Coleshill Parkway train station with trains direct to Birmingham, Leicester and Stansted. 2 minute drive to the Belfry golf course.

We are a 10 minute drive from Sutton Coldfield town centre and 20 minute drive from Birmingham City Centre.
The house is a 2 minute drive from the M42 / M6 & M6 Toll roads so great for getting around but with a village feel.

The village has two nice pubs, an Indian restaurant, local fitness classes and shop / post office.

We are looking for a professional (lady) who is neat and tidy and will enjoy the atmosphere in a friendly household. Monday to Friday Lets only.

No requirement for the person to contribute towards council tax (Band F).
