We are looking for a tidy and clean housemate in our lovely house share in Netherton near Dudley

The location is fantastic, the property is a detached house just a minutes walk away from shops in Netherton and, close to junction 2 and 3 of the M5, close to Cradley Heath station

The room is a lovely large double EN SUITE room and both the room and the house are furnished to a very high standard. Fitted kitchen and gas central heating throughout. The room benefits from a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table and desk and chair. We fit 'black out' curtains in all rooms. Also provided are pots, pans, wok, microwave, kettle, toaster.

Every room has its own Digital TV point installed.
All bills are inclusive including fibre optic broadband, gas, water, electric and Council Tax, so all you pay is 1 monthly amount.

The house also has WIFI Broadband and digital TV in every room.

Outside is a lovely private garden area.
