Large Double (Single or Double occupancy)
This is a large double room that includes double bed, mattress, bed cloths. chest of draws, wardrobe, bedside sable, large flatscreen TV with Freeview and BluRay player.

Small Double (Single occupancy)
This is a small double room that includes double bed, mattress, bed cloths. chest of draws, wardrobe and a large flatscreen TV with Freeview.

Single (Single occupancy)
This is a single room that includes bed, mattress, bed cloths. chest of draws, and wardrobe.

All rooms come with 2 sets of bedclothes as well as a selection of towels.

Gas & Electricity are on a "pre pay" meter and residents will be expected to split the top up between them
E. g. 3 residents topping up £30 = £10 each.
All other bills included.

No references or credit checks required, however all residents will be required to pay a security deposit and sign a tenancy agreement, as well as provide proof of employment.

Rent is payable in advance by bank transfer on the 1st of every month.
