The largest bedroom in the house with an ensuite bathroom in a beautifully refurbished Edwardian house with a large enclosed garden is now available from the 1st December 2021.

In what is the City of Culture for 2021 tree lined Earlsdon was named as one of the "Best Places to Live 2020" by the Sunday Times it has a lively atmosphere, with great bars, boutique shops, cafes and is bordered by Coventry largest park, the 120 acre War Memorial park.

The house:

It is a large Edwardian home is just a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

There is a new, large kitchen and breakfast bar with plenty of storage for both dry and fresh items. There is also a washing machine and a dish washer as well as all the other kitchen appliances you need including cutlery etc.

There is a large separate lounge with a dining table and chairs, 2 sofas and a new free view TV. Out the back is a great garden for BBQs in the summer.

The other housemates

The other 4 housemates have all been there a long time and get on really well. It is a very friendly, welcoming house and everyone there is working and aged between 21 and 30 and made up with 3 girls and 1 guy. This room is only coming available due to the fact that the current tenant is moving in with her partner so it’s a good opportunity to get in with a good house.
