Short term rental in Earlsdon.

Hello Everyone,

I have two single rooms immediately available in Earlsdon, and a double room from 1st of March 2020.
Short term rentals, until end of April 2020.

Hearsall Common is just a minute away on foot, as are several bus stops. The buses (11, 11U, 6, 6A,18, 5, 5E) will bring you to the city centre and to the University of Warwick. In the area you will find everything you need, including a post office, banks, restaurants and pubs, convenience and charity shops. Sainsbury’s Superstore and Cannon Park Shopping Centre is also in the vicinity.

The house has two floors:

Downstairs there is a single room (room available from January 21st), and a dining room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, microwave, kettle, blender, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double (tone available from 1st of March) and a single and another bathroom, which has a very nice and modern shower cabin.

The bedrooms are fully furnished with a single/double bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair.

The rooms are available for professionals or post graduate/mature students (aged 22-40), but NOT for couples, party animals, children, pets, individuals on DSS, drug users or smokers.

I am looking for people who are happy to share the cleaning chores with the other tenants, and who are respectful of the property.

The rent includes all the bills, water, gas, electricity, internet, TV license in common area and council tax.

Usually off street parking is not an issue, with spaces available around the property. But we do not have an allocated one.

Shops, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy and all the amenities you may need are all within walking distance.
