We have a double room available for a lodger in our large family home in Earlsdon, Coventry.
We would prefer a Monday-Friday only let (but happy to discuss further). Our home is a five-minute walk from Earlsdon High Street and the War Memorial Park, a three-minute walk from the 11 bus route, a five-minute walk from the 12X bus route and a 20-minute walk to the City Centre/Coventry railway station.
Our home is kept very clean and is also smoke free. We have two sons (aged 12 and 15) and two cats.
This furnished, double room is on the top floor of the house, offering some privacy. You would have access to a shared bathroom and our family kitchen. The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, besdside table, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror.
There is no off-road parking but there is ample parking in the road with no permit required.
