Room comes with double bed, side table, desk, chair, and large standing wardrobe

Looking for someone to take over my room, a really spacious ensuite in a house share of postgrads and professionals. The room and bathroom are both a really good size.

House has a double shared kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryers, and plenty of fridge and cupboard space. Also a small communal dining room, and a bike shed.

Our landlady is a recent Warwick grad who lives in the house herself, super nice and friendly and proactive about sorting any issues that might come up. Other flatmates are all friendly and welcoming, and there's also a very sweet and friendly house cat.

It's £645 a month, which covers rent and all bills including internet and council tax.

I really like the house myself, only moving out because I'm moving in with my fiancée.
