£455 pcm. Professionals would need to budget for council tax but there one professional living there already. Council tax would be split in half.
Students don’t pay council tax.

Local amenities are in a walking distance (about 5min walk) to the high street of Earlsdon where you find cafés, restaurants, pubs, banks, supermarket, etc.

It takes about 2min walk to No 12 Bus route that takes you directly to Warwick uni campus and also to Coventry city centre.
