Large en-suite room in friendly Earlsdon house

Hello!

We have one en-suite room available in our homely and sociable houseshare, suitable for both students and professionals. You would be sharing with three women, aged 28 - 32. Linsey and I (Ruth) are both student dietitians at Coventry uni, and Grace is a recent graduate in interior architecture & design. Grace also has two lovely cats (Bellatrix Marie & Tiger Lily), so you would need to be happy sharing the house with them too!

Our ideal new housemate would be someone who we can also see as a friend, and who will enjoy spending evenings with us in the shared living room or going out together at weekends. That being said, we also value a bit of peace and quiet, and want to ensure that the house stays a suitable environment for students to study in - so it's definitely not a party house!

The house is well presented, and we do like it to be kept clean and tidy. Communal areas include a garden (with lawn & decking); a good sized modern kitchen with a separate utility area (including dishwasher, washing machine, and lots of space for hanging laundry); a shared living room; and a large bathroom with both a shower cubicle and separate bath (in addition to the available room having an en-suite).

The room itself is a spacious loft room, with its own toilet & shower. It is furnished with a kingsize bed; bedside cabinet; two chests of drawers; a clothes rail & shelf; and a large desk with comfy office chair.

The rent quoted is inclusive of all bills, and the deposit is £360. There are no additional fees to pay, but the landlord would require a reference (or maybe a guarantor if a reference is not possible).
