You MUST be in receipt of ESA, JSA or INCOME SUPPORT Payments and have an active claim

If you are Universal Credit you must make sure you are on the Limited Capability element or Limited Capability for Work related Activity element with your Universal Credit Claim.

This is a supported housing property for people who are finding themselves homeless.

Many of our clients / tenants come to us because of break up relationship , loss of jobs , family breakdown, or they may have issues with substance misuse and other mental health issues. We provide support to help them back to independent living. You will be expected to engage with a support worker and the 25 pound per week charge is a service charge which you pay to us from your benefits on top of what is paid to us from the DWP for housing benefit. (DWP pays the housing benefits ).

You will be assessed via the telephone and in person and benefits checked before being offered a place in this property.
