Double Room in Edgbaston

Hi,

My fiance and I have moved into a lovely 3 bedroom house and are looking for someone to share the house with. Adrian is a solicitor for a yoghurt company, while I am doing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. We are looking for a postgraduate student or professional, who is easy going to move in with us.

Our house is located opposite the Edgbaston Priory Tennis Club, we are only a short walk away from the Cricket ground and Canon Hill Park. So there is plenty to do around here.

We are also close to Birmingham University, about 5 minutes by car and a 20 minute walk. Similarly it is only about 30 minute walk into town. WeI love living so close to everything. But thankfully, it's a quiet neighbourhood, which makes it lovely to live here.

The room that we are renting out is a double room, which we have only just finished renovating. It has new laminate flooring and has been plastered and painted. Within the room, you will find a double bed, desk, and large mirrored wardrobe.

In addition to your room, you are welcome to share the kitchen, with all the amenities, as well as the living room.

We like to think we are friendly, easy going, respectful and like to keep things clean. We would be delighted to welcome you into our home and look forward to hearing from you!
