Friendly grad/professional house share

Hi we are Mo and Ezra, we have both just moved in to our newly refurbished houseshare. We didn't know each other before we moved in but we have enough in common- age profile and graduates to make it work and enough differences to make it interesting.

Mo has just moved from another house that the landlord owns. He has moved for a bigger room. Ezra has just moved to Brum to start a course at university. Our house is cool and laid back. Mo is in to drinking a few beers and a good chat. Ezra is in to making music on his drum machine, riding his bike, skating and cooking.

Ideally we are looking for a couple of female house mates to keep the houseshare balanced. The most important thing is that you fit in, and you feel its a place you can call your home rather than just a room to rent. We have a happy home we want the right person to join.

Our landlord has other houses on the same road so there is a chance to meet new people and broaden your social network.

We have one large double at £250 and a small double £200. Bills are £85 for everything including fibre optic broadband, cleaner every week and gardener in the summer months.
