Hi there! My name is Ben and I have recently moved from Hastings to help run A watersports centre. I am very easy going fun to be around and always up for a chat or a drink. I have recently returned from running holidays abroad so am used to sharing in group.

Im seeking 5 young friendly professionals to be a part of our new group. If you are moving to Birmingham and looking to make new friends through accommodation then perhaps this the perfect opportunity. We have 5 rooms available in a large house in Edgbaston, with easy links to the city and the university and the hospitals.

The house has lots of communal space, designed around entertainment and includes large garden, with patio and seating, an indoor games room, kitchen / diner and large living room.

The landlord is keen on group ownership and empowerment. Once we have found the right people, the landlord will provide us with a budget of 10% of the rent, to decide what extra facilities we may want or need.

The house has 100mb fibre internet with multiple access points dotted around the house and one for the garden! It has a well equipped kitchen, a laundry with two washing machines and a heat pump dryer for the enviromentally concious. The large entrance hallway in the centre of the house means that the bedrooms are pretty spread so you can have a good combination between a quiet and private room or a social meet up space.

Two bedrooms share an ensuite, one has its own ensuite and the other three share a bathroom with a corner bath and decent shower.

There is off road parking for around half the spaces and an out building which can be used for storing bicycles.

We share the garden with a 4 bedroom flat above, so if you are looking for something smaller there are spaces there too.

Overall this is house offers a way to get a decent work life balance. Plenty of space and facilities to work from home and in the evening and weekend bring the entertainment home.
