Friendly , spacious, grad share nr city centre!

Hi! We are five graduates (Holly, Ross, Ryan, Bryony, Eoghan) aka the mystic. monumentals living in a large 7 bed house share situated just off Hagley Road. We are looking for two grads or apprentices to share our house and add life and substance to its character.

We were all new to Birmingham and didn't know each other before we moved in. Its a great house and way to make a fresh start in a new city.

We're all getting along well and looking forward to some xmas events along with the other local gradcommunity houses. We looking for someone who will want to socialise and do stuff at the weekend drinks-go out on the weekend.

We all have professional roles and work hard during the week. The house is huge and with wired internet and multiple wifi access points, lends lends itself to those who need or want to work from home a few days a week.

We like watching TV-films together / have a projector in the lounge, making good food and a whole variety of sports and interests.

The house is massive, most of the rooms in the house are really spacious, including a huge living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two shared toilets and a shared shower and bath-shower. There's also a really big garden out the back.

The house is close to the city centre (25 min walk-20 min bus ride to New Street station) and there are a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and gyms all within walking distance. Easy commute to London (2 hours door to door to Euston). Maybe you are London based and only need to go in a couple of days a week?
