Looking to welcome a clean and tidy professional to the flat share. It is a large double bedroom in a spacious flat.
There is a good sized balcony. Living room. Large underground garage and all surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens.
The place is fully furnished. We have all the amenities you will need and are happy to share pots/pans/iron ect.
It's a very quite place with loads of natural light and very cozy during winter. I teach at the moment so the place is quite during the day and night, at the weekends I'm usually socialising and enjoying bars/sports/BBQ.
The flat is rented through an agency, they are very professional and take care of any issues rapidly!
The rent in total with bills is around 1150.
