Sociable & friendly grad/professional houseshare

Two rooms available in a really friendly and sociable houseshare. One single room at £150 pcm and double at £250 pcm plus bills £85.

We are Naomi, Nefeli and Tamhid and we are looking for a like minded person to join our house. We are looking for someone who fits in with us rather than just filling rooms. Our landlord lets us conduct all the viewings. You choose us and we choose you! Our landlord also has a number of other grad/professional houseshares. We socialise with other houses and have trips to the pub and days out together.

There is a chance to meet new people if you want to but we completely respect if you want your own space as well.

We are all in our 20s. Naomi is a nurse, Nefeli is a educational psychologist and Tamhid has nearly finished his PhD. We have a variety of different hobbies and interests. Enough in common to make it work but differences to make it fun.

House has all mod cons. Fibre optic broadband, cleaner every week, gardener in the summer months, 24 hour maintenance team and a landlord who is available when needed.

House is a great place to live and good value for money.
