Friendly & sociable grad houseshare

We are Tamhid, Nefeli and Sarah and we are looking for one more person to join our friendly household.
We are looking for someone who fits on with us rather than just filling a room. Our landlord leaves it to us to do all the viewings
We are all in our 20’s Tam is studying for a PhD, Nefeli works in a school as a psychologist and Sarah works with children and has also studied psychology!
We get on really well as a household- cook together, go to pub, watch telly. We also socialise with the other houses on the same road which our landlord owns. We have get togethers and days out together.
We have a double room available now at £260 plus bills £85. We have a cleaner every week, a gardener in the summer months and a dedicated maintenance team. House has all mod cons including fibre optic broadband.
House is 5 mins from High Street, gym. 20 mins on bus into town or on main bus route to the University of Birmingham.
