We are a detached house in Edgbaston. There are 3 en-suites here, one is for me and my wife, we rent out the large suite on the first floor to single people, and looking forward to renting to people who like a quiet life, because we don't want breaking the silence. Rent includes all bills, the suite has a separate private bathroom with a window. The environment here is quiet and smoking is strictly prohibited, so you won't smell smoke. Public spaces are cleaned frequently, it is very clean. Kitchen and washing machine are shared, you can use the laundry room to dry your clothes. While Summer Field Park and Edgbaston Reservoir are just minutes away and the City Hospital is nearby. Walk for 2 to 3 minutes to the bus stop，there are 80 and 11 buses that can go directly to the city center without transfer to other bus routes. It is very close to the city center, only 10-12 minutes drive, off road parking is available. PUREGYM, Boot, Asda, Home Bargains, MATALAN are nearby.
The room has two windows, one facing south and one facing west, so it gets a lot of sunshine and the west facing window can see the sunset clouds. I hope to rent it to you who are quiet and clean.
