Perhaps you are new to Birmingham and you would like a houseshare where you can meet other young grads who were in the same situation.

Decent sized double bedroom with large ensuite including a corner bath, with fixed thermostatic shower above. The bedroom on the top floor has a its own built in wifi access point and desk. Ideal if you want to study or work from home. Lots of under eaves storage too (approx 2m x 3m with limited head height)
Perfect for storing sports gear for instance.

We are ideally looking for newbies to Birmingham who wish to have a friendly house to live in. One where you can make friends, go for a night out or have night in sharing food and a bottle of wine.

The ground floor is all communal space, with lounge, large kitchen diner, laundry and a dining room / utility. A decent sized garden with patio for bbqs and sunshine.

The house is located just off the Hagley Road, in close proximity to the city centre (20-minutes on the bus a 40 minute walk / 10 mins on bicycle / scooter / skateboard!). We are also near to a post office, and Tesco Express.

An easy commute to UoB, QE via harborne walkway, which is a converted disused railway and goes from Harborne to the canal in a deep cutting and can be joined at the end of our road.

Mix of on and off road parking. We have a space for a motorbike behind a gate and undercover area for bicycles.

The house is part of gradcommunity we are linked to 15 other houses in Edgbaston, Smethwick and Bearwood. There is always something going on and an opportunity to set up groups for anything you may have a special interest in. Whether it is climbing, the great outdoors or croche.... or simple get together with a food wine and sunshine.

This initial commitment is two months and then it is a rolling one month periodic tenancy which runs from the 1st of the month to the last day. Our households are pretty stable with most people stay for 1-2 years on average, however we recognise that personal circumstances can change and we do not wish to lock anyone in if it is not working out as expected. We just ask that you provide us with a months notice and leave the property, on the last day of the month, in a similar condition to which you have found it.
