Friendly bunch forming a new group

We will have three rooms becoming available.

Room 1 (£370) available from 17th July.
Room 2 (£380) available from 17th July.
Room 3 (£380) available from 15th July.

Bills are about £140 per month on average.
This covers utilities, internet, TV license and for the communal areas and shared bathrooms to be cleaned every two weeks.

Rooms 1 and 2 are doubles and share a bathroom with one other tenant. Room 3 is a double room with an en suite.
There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is large with a gas stove and two ovens with plenty of seating and natural light. The lounge faces the road at the front of the house and is spacious and welcoming.

We are a mixture of PhD students, young professionals and one masters student.
We keep a clean and tidy house, respect one another's space and communicate effectively and politely if any issues arise.
