The house is in a convenient location to the city centre, various universities and the major hospitals. The road is a quiet culdesac . The room has recently been decorated and has ample storage space. You will have the use of a large living room, kitchen, garden and high speed broadband. The garage is good for bike storage. The large bathroom is shared. There is an additional toilet downstairs.
I am easygoing but work long hours. I enjoy cycling, swimming, walking round the reservoir, learning to play the piano (have headphones), and spending time with my partner who lives round the corner. We enjoy good conversation and food.
I have two friendly cats who stay mainly in the kitchen and outside.
The room would suit a mature student or professional with a structured work pattern.
