Current housemates are just myself, the owner, aged 37. I am friendly, quiet & considerate. I am mostly plant based and like lifting weights in the gym, and getting out into nature. Two lovely, friendly cats also live here. I am out during the weekdays at my Hospital job.

**Please note: visitors are only allowed over for 2 days and one night, every two weeks**
This is a quiet, tidy household and I do require housemates to recycle, as I am a bit of an eco warrior!

30 seconds walk from a large green space with cycle path, which goes to the city centre via the canals. Two lakes to jog or cycle round also on the other side of the street!

Three Convenience stores on the street.
Gym & high Street shops 3 min drive away. Area is safe and quiet. Always several car parking spaces within 15 seconds walk. Parking is safe and car never damaged by traffic as it is a wide one-way 30mph road.
