The room downstairs is 19ft by 13ft with bay window, its been repainted and new carpet has been fitted.
The room above is slightly smaller and has a bed frame with wardrobe already and we have 2 settees for use if wanted or can take out if not.
Rooms are both front facing, one above the other on ground floor and 1st floor.
Close to aston express way, all bus routes lead into Birmingham City centre and gravelly Hill tran Station is 10 min walk away, we have off road parking.
3 in the house atm, we had one leave abruptly, hoping people are looking for a home with covid going on.
