Hi. My name is kay. I am letting one double bedroom in my house. You will have access to the kitchen, dining room living room and garden as a communal space. There is plenty of road parking avaliable.
You cannot smoke cigarettes inside the house but vaping is permitted. We are very easy going.

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher present.

Bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a triple door wardrobe with 4 drawers and a full length mirror.

Ideally seeking someone professional who will respect our home.

All bills included. One month's rent in advance.

This house is less than a 5 minute walk away from Gravelly Hill train station (direct train to Birmingham New Street takes 9 minutes).

Bus stop is also less than 100 yards away with direct bus into Birmingham Town.

Please note, we only seek halal eaters or vegetarian/vegan.
