2 double rooms which share a master bathroom (no other users) Looking for quite individuals, have a HS2 contractor lodging at the moment who works shifts and I work from home 50% of the time, so looking for quite and respectful individuals.
Monday to Friday set up ideal but room would be for your sole use.

Not a large house share as with most houses and not an agency managed house.

Max 3 lodgers and me, a live in landlady with own private quarters on top floor, providing a great balance for lodger having a home within my 5 bed home.

Quite, chilled out house, the place to be if you’re not after a party house. Easy going housemates, respectful of personal space and quite home/life.

Looking for respectful individuals who are clean, tidy and can respect each others space as well as being friendly and social.

Great location! Walking distance to Gravelly Hill and Erdington train station - 3 stops just 10 minutes to New St Station! Loads of buses into the city, or 8 minutes by car. The M6, J6 is 3 minutes away.

- Few local gyms and close to Sutton Park

THE HOUSE -

- Double bedrooms with loads of storage space inc storage beds, wardrobes, draws, desk if required

- Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine plus your own cupboard space.

- Lounge - TV, dining table, sofa(s), coffee table etc.

- South facing garden and patio area

- Garage space if needed for storage/bike (not for regular access)

EXPECTATIONS - Anyone that can get along with others, looks after themselves, clean, tidy, sociable and respectful. Cleanliness and tidiness is essential.
