I am a live-in landlord looking to rent my spare room to a student or a professional for £135 per week or £585 per month.

It is a lovely situation, only 15-20 mins drive to both Nuneaton and Coventry city centre as well as UHCW and GEH - ideal for healthcare workers. It is also in the route of both bus 20 and 148 providing regular public transport in both directions and there is a Sainsbury's Local that stays open 7am-11pm each day.

Parking is available and broadband is included.

The room is fully furnished with private lock and bed linens are available for short term stays. It also has a small walk-in wardrobe as well as under-bed storage.

You will have access shared areas including the kitchen (including tenant designated utensils and pans, the shared washing machine, vacuum cleaner and clothes airier), bathroom and living/dining room. Please note, due to the bathroom being a shared area, female tenants are preferred, as current the current resident is female.

Viewings are compulsory, but online viewings can be arranged. Bills are included in the rent.
